MS sufferer meets Dire Straits star

A delighted MS sufferer is being treated to an all-expenses paid trip to New York to meet her idol.

Ladbroke Grove resident Alexis Swete will meet Dire Straits legend Mark Knopfler at a concert during a trip to the US this week.

The special needs teacher, who works at St Clement Danes school, won the competition after attending the star's concert at the Albert Hall in May.

That concert raised £5,000 for the Trinity Hospice.
