Proud soldiers set to parade

ta-march.jpgChelsea Pensioners and three units of the Territorial Army - which have all been awarded the Freedom of the Royal Borough - will march down Kensington High Street this Saturday.

The parade will begin at 11.30am when the units set off from Holland Park.

They will then go to the town hall in Hornton Street, Kensington, where the mayor will take a salute and inspect the parade.

Crowds of well-wishers are expected to line the streets, in celebration of 100 years of the TA.
