Mother's nightmare for her missing son

THE MOTHER of a missing 21 year-old man said she is 'living in a complete nightmare' after her son just vanished.
Helena Miller last saw her son Robert 17 days ago when she left for work in the morning and left him sleeping in their Kensington family home in Elsham Road.
The A grade student was preparing his passport application in preparation to move to Canada to join an animation scholarship that he won at Christmas.
The last time he was seen was 2pm on Monday February 15 - just three days before his 21st birthday.
At the time of going to print clothes identified at Robert's were found by the police officers near a river in Barnes.
Mum Helena said: "It's an absolute nightmare - deep down I am really staying positive and trust him.
"It's just you have this very strange feeling of limbo and although I know he wouldn't do anything silly.
"The fears kick in and I just need to know he is safe."
When Robert left the house he was wearing just light clothing and did not take his Oyster card, wallet or phone which led his family to believe he had just popped to the shops.
Helena described her son as being passionate about film and animation, a wonderful artist and said he had very grand ideas about the world.
She said: "Robert is a true gentleman and such a soft gentle soul - he never ever even had a fight in his life."
Since his disappearance family, friends and neighbours joined in the search for Robert and put posters up around the area.
His friends galvanised together during the appeal and set up a group on the social networking site Facebook called Missing Robert Miller.
This sparked possible sightings of Robert at 5pm and 11pm in the East Sheen area - near where Robert went to school.
Police are urging anyone who might have seen Robert to get in touch.
He was last seen wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms, with a white and blue striped top, a short denim jacket, with leather lining and brown suede shoes.
At the time of going to print a spokesman for the Missing Person's Unit for the Metropolitan Police said that clothes identified to be those of Robert were found near the river in Barnes.
He added that police are continuing with their enquiries.
