North Kensington man admits threatening behaviour

Posted by Emma Heseltine on Feb 25, 11 10:25 AM in Court round-up

GARY MAIR, 37, OF ST JOSEPHS CLOSE, NORTH KENSINGTON, admitted using threatening words and behaviour in an incident on February 16.

He had been outside a school close to his flat, and when the head teacher went outside to investigate, Mr Mair began shouting, swearing and gesturing aggressively.

He eventually went back inside his flat, but was said to have come back out again carrying an 'implement' as he gestured again towards the head teacher.

But it was not clear what it was he was carrying.

Mr Mair apologised to the court and explained he had not done anything like it before.
Magistrates gave him a 12 month conditional discharge, and ordered him to pay £20 costs.

We'd like to hear from you.
